Keto Friendly Chipotle Lime Shrimp Salad
– 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
– 1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup of diced orange bell pepper
– 1 tablespoon of Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo
– 5 oz of raw shrimp
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
– Salt & pepper to taste
1. Rinse and dry raw pealed shrimp very well.
2. In a medium sized pan, warm olive oil on medium high heat then add in shrimp.
3. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5 min.
4. Add shrimp to large mixing bowl and let cool for about 5 min. After shrimp has cooled, cut shrimp pieces in half.
5. Add in all of the chopped bell peppers to shrimp bowl.
6. Add in the Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo, and lemon juice and mix well.
7. Last but not least, add salt & pepper to your liking and enjoy!
8. Best served cold
